Organic Merino Wool Ladies' Cloth Pad with organic bamboo velour and fleece inserts, 8" and 12", regular and super absorbencies

The ladies's cloth pad is composed of two parts: one organic merino wool pad that is snapped onto your underwear and one regular strength absorbency liner made from organic bamboo velour and organic cotton fleece.
The organic merino wool pad is to be hand-washed and treated with lanolin for waterproofing. Pads are washed and lanolized prior to shipping so they are ready for use. There is a tutorial on our website concerning wool care with lanolin here: http://bit.ly/2VtFzMu
The interior liner snaps onto the wool pad and can be changed as needed. The first liner option is made from organic bamboo velour and organic hemp/cotton fleece. The second liner option is made from organic merino wool jersey and organic hemp/cotton fleece. Both options are edged in 100% organic cotton thread. The liner is designed to be comfortable, absorbent, easy to change and launder. When necessary snap out the used liner for a fresh one.
The pad liners can be machine washed and dried (yes the wool topped ones too!).
Each wool pad comes with one regular absorbency velour/fleece liner. Additional liners are available in threes in both regular and super absorbencies.
Absorbency:
Regular = 2 layers of organic cotton fleece (400 gsm) and 1 layer of organic bamboo velour
Super = 3 layers of organic cotton fleece (400 gsm) and 1 layer velour
All of the fibres used are natural (no synthetics like polyester or polyurethanes) and therefore naturally breathable and eventually biodegradable.
These products are handmade in Canada.
